JESUS IS LORD and KING! ❤️

The true church of Jesus Christ already has a Messiah who has declared The Kingdom of God is here! (John 1:14-15) We don’t need another declaration, we need to hear and obey what has already been declared by the one and only true God!

Jesus never bowed down to men, worldly kings and/or those in human authority, never asking permission to be about His Father’s business. For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10).

In the midst of a dark corrupt world/nation, God the Father said – Light Be (Genesis 1:3) and Jesus emulating and following in His Father’s footsteps declared I am the Light of the World! (John 8:12).

He never asked or expected this world system to do anything for the kingdom of God! But He confronted the leaders of His day saying … you are in error because you do not know the scriptures or the power of God! (Matthew 22:29)

He didn’t need the world to recognize His Kingdom or call Him Lord or proclaim anything for Him! He declared Himself – the kingdom of God is at hand! (John 1:14)

People of God – Jesus has already declared: you shall receive power after the Holy Ghost has come upon you (Acts 1:8)!

We don’t need anybody’s permission to continue the works of God, except Jesus! PERMISSION GRANTED (Acts 1:8, Mark 16:15-16)

We don’t need the world’s permission to pray, to love, to forgive, to be a witness, to carry on the works of Christ, and to demonstrate the power of God in this nation or around the world.

Jesus already taught us, no man can serve (be loyal to) two masters. He does not promote a divided kingdom or split allegiance, neither should we. (Matthew 6:24 – either you will hate the one and love the other).

The kingdom of God is within every born again believer (Luke 17:21). Rise up and do the works of Christ!! God has already spoken, let’s tell and show the World what JESUS has said and how He told us to demonstrate His love. (John 3:16-17)

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is for every nation, kindred, tribe and people. God so loved the world that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

Revelation 7:9-12 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 … and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

The true church of Jesus Christ already has a King, His Name is Jesus (who is worthy of all praise, glory, honor and thanksgiving).

He heals the sick (mentally, physically, emotionally), those who are down and out or high and mighty in despair he gives love and proper care, He heals the broken heart, He frees from captivity, He raises the dead, He gives sight to the blind (spiritually and naturally), He cast out devils, He restores the mind, marriages, families, people!

He Saves! He Saves! He Saves!

We don’t need a declaration from the ungodly to do the works of God in this nation or around the world. It is already being done by the true church, the People of God, everyday. Jesus already declared to His church go and do, and we obey because He is Lord and He is King! (Mark 16:15)

PEOPLE OF GOD- Preach the Gospel, the good news and the Truth will set people free! ❤️

LISTEN PEOPLE:

  • GOD LOVES YOU SO VERY MUCH AND HE IS PRESENT, HE IS HERE!
  • HE HAS NOT ABANDONED OR FORSAKEN HIS CREATION!

❤️TRUST IN THE LORD❤️!

If You Don’t Know My Father – You Don’t Know Me

Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also. (John 8:19)

Have you ever had someone mistake you for someone else? Or presumably think they knew you because they knew your name and a few details about your life. They may even venture a little further to prejudge your response to situations, circumstances and life based upon what they know happened in your yesterday. However, yesterday always represents – what was, not always revealing what is and what shall be.

Yesterday represents the past, not necessarily complimenting and/or knowing my future. What I did yesterday is only a snapshot in time, this oftentimes deludes those who only know you from past experiences. They thought they knew you, but mistakenly they forgot to turn the page of yesterday; unbeknownst to them that chapter of your life is over, and you are changed.

The scriptures declare: 2Corinthians 5:17 (AMP) Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!

People may treat you based upon who they think you are. If people disrespect, dishonor and/or devalue you that can be an indication of their lack of knowledge of who you really are in Christ, they perceive you to be someone are not. However, always remember your true value is determined by God the Father, not mere human beings.

Jesus declares; And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. (John 16:3)

You are in Christ and just like they did not know or recognize Jesus when He was in the world, the world will not recognize you, nor your true value.

The scriptures declare in Colossians 3:3-4 (AMP) For you died [to this world], and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Jesus declares; And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. (John 16:3)

The truth is told here, Jesus is educating us that when people don’t know the Father, they are incapable of knowing you. Our new lives in Christ are hid in Him, people can not know you because the darkness that they live in blinds their eyes and they cannot see; this is why people mistake you for someone else. The only reason Peter knew that Jesus was the Christ is because the Father revealed this truth to Peters mind.

Now when Jesus went into the [a]region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”  And they answered, “Some say John the Baptist; others, Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah, or [just] one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed), the Son of the living God.” Then Jesus answered him, “Blessed [happy, spiritually secure, favored by God] are you, Simon son of Jonah, because flesh and blood (mortal man) did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 16:13-20 (AMP)

So don’t change to try to be who some say you are, continue to thank God for who you are in His Son, Jesus Christ our Redeemer!

Blessings, Sister Cathy~

Stranger Things Have Happened

1 Peter 4:12-13

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

Oh how I love this scripture, it is indeed food for the whole man. This scripture brings such clarity in seasons of fiery trials. Why do we think it is strange to be going through a fiery trial?
Similar words to strange: odd, bizarre, outlandish, weird, peculiar, out of the ordinary, unexpected, unfamiliar, foreign, and different.

The opposite of strange is normal. It is indeed normal for true Christians to experience fiery trials. So why then are we so surprised and somewhat caught off guard when we are under fire. Sometimes I encounter Christians who are totally distraught when going through a fiery trial as if they were surprised something of that nature was happening to them.
Fiery trials are apparently different from regular trials.

Fiery defined:
• Burning or full of fire.
• Full of or prone to sudden extremes of emotions.

These kinds of trials are definitely designed to do real damage to the life and confidence of the believer in Christ. The nature of fire is to consume, it will burn and destroy until there is nothing left but ashes. Fire not only burns whatever it is on but can spread to whatever is near it, unless it is contained. That’s why when people are going through fiery trials and you step in to help make sure you are being lead by the Holy Spirit and are equip with your spiritual armor.
It is not the will of God for any sort of trial, regular or extra spicy, to defeat or destroy His people.

Isaiah 43:1-2
But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

If you are going through a fiery trial at this very moment, rejoice, and begin to give God praise that this thing will never overtake or consume you. Rejoice and focus on the goodness of God that is bringing you out of this situation without being burned! Now that’s supernatural. Rejoice and give God the Highest praise! You are a child of the Most High God and He will never leave you or forsake you. You have been FIRE-PROOFED! Hallelujah!

DESPISED AND REJECTED

Isaiah 53:3-5

He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care. Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.

Jesus was despised and rejected by men. He was acquainted and/or familiar with grief and sorrow. He showed love yet hatred was returned. He forgave yet He was accused. He was the most gentle and kindest person who has ever walked this earth however He was look down on and withheld love from. Jesus was intensely disliked and people refused to believe in Him yet He loved and prayed for them. People spoke evil against Him and fabricated lies about Him yet He had compassion on them.

Jesus’ response to their ill will was proof that He was not like them.

Despise defined:

  • to look down on with contempt or aversion
  • to regard as negligible, worthless, or distasteful
  • to dislike intensely

Reject defined:

  •  to refuse to believe, accept, consider, submit to or make use of.
  • to rebuff, repel, refuse to hear, or withhold love from; especially : to communicate negative feelings toward and a wish to be free of

It is not always easy to be rejected by people and to feel the wrath of their dislike and disapproval of you. Oftentimes, are pain and uneasiness in these kinds of situations come from trust that has been misplaced.

The bible says, “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.” Psalms 118:8

We erroneously thought that just because someone was nice to us that they liked us or just because they hired us for a job that they believed in us or were for us. We trusted in their temporary behavior and disregarded the warning of our Master.

“Lo, thou trustest in the staff of this broken reed, on Egypt; whereon if a man lean, it will go into his hand, and pierce it: so is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all that trust in him.” Isaiah 36:6

You can’t lean on, rely on, and depend on something that is broken and faulty, it will inevitably injure you at the end of the day. The world and all that dwell in darkness are broken, they must come to God to be made whole. Remember Jesus said, “Without me you can do nothing.” (John 15).

When the Love of God is not in a person’s heart (spirit) they don’t possess the power to love or accept you, no matter how many temporary compliments they give you throughout the day. Stop expecting something out of them that they can’t produce.

Rejection and dislike/hatred are a part of their unregenerated human nature (the nature of man without God). Don’t except apple juice when you squeeze a lemon. Why get disappointed and dismayed (disheartened, discouraged, downcast, intimidated, depressed, distressed, and perturbed) when the world (man) reject and despises you?

Say this with me:   “In God have I put my trust, I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.” Psalms 56:11

Don’t become trapped and ensnared by what they supposedly can or can’t do for you.

The Bible says, “The fear of man bringeth a snare, but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.” Proverbs 29:25

Jehovah, the El Shaddai (The Almighty God, The All Sufficient One) is your God and Father, He will provide for and protect you!

There is a remedy and safe-guard against the poisonous venom of rejection and dislike. There is a preventative vaccine that inhibits harmful effects from these arrows of destruction. You possess the greatest antidote for every bite/attack of the enemy. Jesus gave us the answer through His life and teachings. He spoke the Word of God – It Is Written…

You don’t have to fear and settle for the adverse effects and the pain of rejection, you are free from that through the blood of Christ.

So rejoice and be exceedingly glad because, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” John 8:36
